Horrible experience! The staff was extremely friendly; however the doctor misdiagnosed my daughter croup when she actually had two ear infections. I had to seek further care from our regular pediatrician 5 days later when her symptoms became even worse. I was even more irate when I received the bill from children's hospital. The urgent care visit totaled over $350 and another $370 Bill from the doctor who supposedly treated her. It was more than an emergency room visit!
