Ok, here I sit in a cold house with no hot water because the propane tank is empty. After having been a customer for over 20 years, I called on Monday, January 27, 2014 and was told they should be out to our house the next day. Tuesday when my husband left for work he saw the truck was less than a mile from our house. So I have been waiting. It has snowed, it has been below zero and no heat.
