I dropped off a pair of shoes to be dyed for a wedding. I was greeted by a very unfriendly women who acted as though I was interupting her personal phone call. The Sales women and I chose the color that I needed the shoes to be dyed and then she gave me a ticket and told me to pick them up in 5 days. 5 days passed and I was on a time crunch for the wedding. I went to pick up my shoes only to discover they had never been dyed! The same lady explained that she wasn't sure if they had the correct color. I asked her why she didn't call me!?
