I contacted All State about getting my car picked up the next day to be towed to an auto body shop. They said the towing company would call me to verify the pick-up time. I never got a call (which was likely All State's fault to be fair), but got home at 4pm to find my car was not where I had left it. My grandmother had given the keys over to get the car towed after the driver confirmed the name of the auto body shop at 2pm. I called the body shop, and they had never received my car.
