They are the worst company i have ever dealt with. They hang up on you most of the time and when i finally got somebody to answer and talk to me, they never showed up. After two days of fighting with them they showed up. When i went to pick up my car at the shop they had taken their keys and scratched my whole car up. If you want a true south side tow go to them but if you like your car please for your own safety call anybody else
