CENTRE ICE FITNESS is located in the world class Ice Arena CENTRE ICE Home of the NHL Redwings Training Camp and the NHL Prospects Tournament. Located in beautiful Traverse City MI. C.I.F. provides a complete health club and training facility meeting the fitness needs of our local community Corporate Wellness for local companies and sports conditioning that supports Centre Ice Affiliates; Ice hockey, figure skating organizations. Our facility provides cardio equipment strength training Group Classes like Zumba, Yoga, Bootcamp and Circuit weight training are FREE included with membership. Buka Bike Kettle Bell Class and others premium classes are available for a small additional fee on a per class basis. We have complete locker rooms /showers and a service support system to guide you on your way to a healthy lifestyle.
