This is the worst salon ever. I went in for a keratin. The salon had NO ventilation system causing the smell of the products to give me a headache and causing me to be ill. After all yhe grief, the Keratin didn't even do much for my hair. The owner of the salon (I'm assuming it was the owner because I don't think an employee would be able to pull this) would stop doing my hair to answer cell phone to chit chat which is plain unprofessional.
