When I first signed my lease, I thought I had made a wise decision and was excited to call High Pointe my new home. I slowly doubted my decision each year I lived here and knew I had made a mistake upon moving out. The property managers here will nickel and dime you, despite your track record while renting with them. They are dishonest and have very little knowledge in customer service. Please do not waste your time or money with Martin House Realty.
