Snobby service from the owner. I was charged $99 each for two speaker stands then when I showed the owner that a well known online site had the same stands for $28 each, Clark Baker: who had said he couldn't "go lower than $99" each, because that was a sale, came down to a whopping $69 each! I refused to pay. I know of countless others who share the same experience (and much worse). DON'T SHOP THERE!!! Go to San Diego instead, order online and save a ton, go to Yuma, L.A..
