THIS IS NOT (I REPEAT NOT) A LOCAL PERSON...THEY COME UP IN AN UNIDENTIFIABLE VEHICLE, QUOTED ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE, THEN ADD $$ TO IT. wHEN I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE HE DEMANDED I PAY HIM $65 OR HE WOULD NOT LEAVE...THIS WAS WITHOUT HIM DOING ANY WORK...CREEPY!
