I have left full reviews on Angie's list, BBB, and Google for more details. I have documentation and pictures verifying everything I claim. The chimney for our wood stove was installed incorrectly and unsafely two times, Hometown Fireplace Outlet offered no compensation, and stopped responding to our inquires for resolution. We hired a certified inspector who found many issues with the installation.
