WORST landlord ever. Currently filing discrimination complaints. Openly admits to other tenants that he will not rent to males. Refuses to maintain property properly. Constantly bullies college-aged tenants into submission. Threatens illegal evictions with notices printed on his circa 1930 typewriter instead of going through proper eviction procedures. Unlawfully enters apartments without notice. He has walked in on two separate female tenants while in the shower or in a towel because they did not answer the door when he knocked.
