Paragon Physical Therapy is a manual based practice, focused on one-on-one care for orthopedic, sports and geriatric patients. Manual therapy is a specialized form of hands-on treatment that utilizes the manipulation of skeletal joints and soft tissue, including muscles, tendons and ligaments for the purpose of decreasing pain and increasing function. Patients respond well to hands-on treatment when combined with education and appropriate exercise. We provide individualized care with direct hands-on manual therapy treatment for a variety of injuries including recreational and sports injuries, work injuries, trauma following car accidents and postoperative treatment. We then follow up that treatment with instruction and supervision in a comprehensive therapeutic exercise program designed to complement the hands-on treatment and assist in your recovery. The therapists at Paragon Physical Therapy work closely with orthopedists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, primary care physicians and other medical professionals, providing hands-on manual therapy to retuen our patients to their optimal functional level.
