I contacted them via their website asking for a tow from my house to a repair shop. They responded with "Call for quote." If I had wanted to call I would have I was running outside and back inside trying to fix my car and it wasn't looking good so I told them "if i wanted to call i would have instead i emailed" and this is the email I got in response "What Ever! took you so long to respond I don't think your are even stranded! Looser" WHO calls a potential client a "looser" (assuming they meant loser)!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY A
