Classes & Other Services • Yoga Mon-Fri 8am-9am, Tues 5:30pm-6:30pm $80 a month, $40 week pass, $12 day pass. • Meditation Mon-Fri 9am-9:30am. $50 a month, $5 day pass. • Power Conditioning Classes Mon-Fri 5am-6am Mon, Wed, Fri 11am-12am, Sat 11am. $110 a month. • Youth Development Classes Mon, Wed, Fri 6am-7am & 4pm-5pm. $110 a month. • Martial Arts Class Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 9:30am-11:30am & 5:30pm-7:30pm. $60 per month. $5 day pass. • Youth Martial Arts Class Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 4:30pm-5:30pm. $60 a month, $5 day pass. • Massage Call for appointment. $30 half hour, $55 hour. • Supplement and Nutrition Store Mon-Fri 9am-8pm Sat 9am-5pm.
