Steve is an asset to the fitness service community, My treadmill stopped working and when i called him, he diagnosed what the issue was over the phone free of charge & What caused the issue, and was able to order the part i needed and have me up in running in 3 days, he was absolutely right with his diagnosis, and Steve showed me how to maintain my treadmill so to not have the same promblem again.. My exp. with this company was AMAZING and very appreciated being a runner and i hate SNOW BLAHHHHHH........Thanks Steve You ROCK!!!!
