We visited this group referred by a friend. They told my wife that the insurance will cover deep cleaning. Several weeks later, they send us a bill in mail for 265 bucks. I tried to call several times, they always put on hold for a long time, then they would say, we will review the problem and get back to you. In a few weeks, I received 3 similar bills. I called my insurance and they said that it was the Dental Group's fault that they did not let me know the this type of cleaning was not covered. The billing person admitted that it was a fault on their side%2
