This is a very unsafe apartment complex and the management makes it clear, as stated in the contract, they are not responsible for security or any damages or injuries (that includes being a victim in a fight) that occur on their property. Many of the tenants are very ghetto. There have been many violent fights in public and cops and sometimes ambulances have arrived. After seeing what happens at night at Campus Quad, I will never live here again unless drastic security measures are taken.
