Marty Prieto and Prieto Auto Body stole $4300.00 from me. I took my car to him and he had it for over a year. I finally had to get a flatbed to pick it up only to find $1500.00 worth of further damage. I took him to small claims court and won a $5800.00 judgment and to this day he's only paid about $1200.00. I strongly suggest anyone considering taking their car to this crook to go on the San Bernardino Superior Court website and click on "case information online", go to the civil system and put in both Marty and Prieto's Body Shop and you'll find numero
