The new owner of this landmark restaurant needs to understand that she is not running an upscale eatery. It's a diner. Charging exorbitant prices for meals you can get at better restaurants is going to drive her business straight into the ground, and it will be sad to see such a landmark establishment go away. She also needs to understand that money needs to be put back into the business.
