The new owner of this landmark restaurant needs to understand that she is not running an upscale eatery. It's a diner. Charging exorbitant prices for meals you can get at better restaurants is going to drive her business straight into the ground, and it will be sad to see such a landmark establishment go away. She also needs to understand that money needs to be put back into the business. No one wants to pay high prices for diner food while sitting on ripped up upholstery, wading through water on the bathroom floor, burning up in the summer, and freezing in the wi
