We do not offer in home therapy.** We apologize for the inconvenience. We accept medicare, workers comp, personal injury and most of the P.P.O. insurances. We are a physical therapist owned outpatient physical therapy offices . We have two locations. 1) Granada Hills and 2) West Los Angeles. We have a free parking available and we are close to Fwy 118. 405 and 5. We offer one on one individual quality care with hands on approach.
