My Cocker Spaniel Sonny has a hard time with groomers and people in general. He was a stud at a puppy meal before I rescued him and had little to no interaction with people. Kristen with Pampered Pets groomed him for me when she was finishing her grooming school. She was so patient with him. He was very calm around her. If he seemed to be getting stressed she would give him a break to allow him to calm back down. I have never seen him do so well being groomed. I think just him not being rushed was the big thing for him. I would recommend her every time. Just the care and co
