Babies don't come with instruction manuals. Our classes are the next best thing. We offer a wide range of classes to help expectant parents prepare for a safe, healthy, memorable birth experience they will cherish for a lifetime. We offer childbirth classes for your birth your way in any setting. Coping Skills classes for people who want to prepare for a natural, unmedicated birth. Breastfeeding Basics classes to help Mom get off to a great start feeding and nurturing her newborn. We also teach Basic Baby Care, Infant/Child CPR, and SIDS prevention for the entire family, so everyone who cares for your baby is up to date on the best healthy skills for nurturing your baby. We offer monthly classes at our location in Plano, or private classes at your location at your convenience.
