I am very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, courtesy, value and everthing else about this company. Initially I brought them in to look at a very old heat/AC unit . Chen could have sold me a new unit, but he found that it was not broken and simply needed a new thermostat. About a year later, when it finally did need to be replaced, I got several quotes.
