Review
Toscana is nice on the outside but once you step foot into the parking garage, the whole interior is a dump. The place is super old, dirty, poorly maintained by staff, and extremely LOUD. The AC units, car alarms, garbage trucks, airplanes, etc all are enough to drive me crazy as a resident. Also, parking is a joke and they will tow your car in 5 minutes if you forget to put your permit up. They even tow residents even though their complete car information is in the database. CROOKS.
