Terrible customer service I went into their store and bought windshield wipers, turns out one was defective I brought it back and the manager Jennifer that was there would not allow me to return it, she would only do an even exchange. I did not want that brand because of the defect, I told her I would pay the difference she refused saying she would do the even exchange but wouldn't give me the box. I went home called customer service they said store policy is to return the product it does not have to be an even exchange. I called the store back and tried speaking w
