I saw them on PCH while driving to work. I was excited because they were new in town, so I thought I would give them a try. My pants and shirts that went in new and just needed to be freshend up, are now weathered, faded, and shrunk. I have never had an experience like this at a dry cleaners. This is what I get for trying to bring business closer to home. I also discovered that the clothes are not cleaned on site and are sent to a subcontracted facility.
