We have used Irene's a few times. The owner is usually seemingly unfriendly, but i think she's just not a pple person, but she is always helpful, & always there. Prices are about fair, & sometimes, about every 3rd time we use them, the cake is not THAT moist, but the icing is always great and the sugar cookies are awesome. Oh, and the decorations are usually pretty much like the wilton pics. We did have an issue the 2nd time we went, she raised the price about $10 from the quoted price for a very elaborate 1st bday cake and for my daughters last birthday, they were supposed
