We used their Catalog service, and it was the WORST mistake we could have made.GO with another company. Very unprofessional, rude and LIARS. They were suppose to deliver the first week of NOVEMBER they delivered in DECEMBER and we had over 346 items on BACKORDER ( most came in form of gift certificates after January) because they DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH products that were ordered. WORST customer service every experienced. We spent MONTHS trying to satisfy customers requests. The president, MS. KINNEY is by far the rudest and most umprofessional
