What a disappointment... If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Recently purchased a home with failed window seals in which Hayward Lumber had handled the installation five years prior. Karen from Hayward Lumber came out to inspect and confirm the failed glass, informed us it is warrantied and we would have our new windows installed in 2-3 weeks. Almost FOUR months later, I still have not received my windows! Words like "follow up" and "customer service" are not in her vocabulary.
