I drive from work each day as ive also known peole who own mobile homes in this park!! For one it's run down looking as well as the seller is capital one finacing services and they will try to sell a mobile home and say the AS IS PART NOTHING MATTERS IT"S PRIVATE PROPERTY!!! WATCH OUT CAUSE THE WAY I"m UNDERSTANDING NOT ONE NEW MOBILE HOME ON LOTS AS WELL AS THE DISHONESTY!! The manager doesn't do nothing but collect rent i just think it"s terrible to misrepresent then can't even stand by the sellers word . I was also talking to people about how much value the community has
