Here at Penelope's, we serve delicious foods you might consider to be comforts, like our delectable fresh fried chicken and prime rib (among many more delicious dishes)! Brenda Failor opened Penelope's Lil' Cafe, a hometown diner, in January to cater to those comfort cravings at ridiculously low prices. Ever since she worked in a restaurant when she was 14, Brenda knew she wanted to open a cafe. Based on that very first job, she opened Penelope's Lil' Cafe. Even the way we make omelets goes back to that very first experience. We specialize in simple comfort foods, served to you happily by our kind staff. Here, we value customer service as a top priority. Providing our patrons with the very best dining experience possible is extremely important to us. Every day we serve breakfast for our clientele: on weekdays until 11:00am and on weekends until 1:00pm. From Thursday through Saturday, you can join us for our dinner specials! Not only are our dinners and breakfasts famously popular in town, but we stock a full-bar and have mouth-watering desserts. All of our items are available for dine in and carryout service.
