There are great opportunities to improve the client experience within the financial services industry... Lack of transparency, undisclosed conflicts of interest, hidden fees, and lack of communication have made it difficult for individuals to understand the role of an investment professional, let alone the complexities of their financial picture. Kettleson Financial was established to provide solutions to these challenges: ♦  By collecting no commissions, rewards or incentives from any company in exchange for recommending an investment or strategy to a client, I can ensure clients that the advice they receive will be based on no one else's needs but their own. ♦  Before a client engagement begins, all fees applicable to investment management are provided, in writing, in easily understood language. If the fee structure does not make sense for a particular family or situation, I will be the first to tell the prospective client and will take the time to discuss alternatives. ♦  Conflicts of interest are sometimes unavoidable in business. However, disclosing conflicts of interest whenever they occur is easily done and a requirement of Kettleson Financial Services, LLC before and throughout a client relationship. ♦  Clients are kept up to date on their entire financial picture on a regular basis through emails, phone calls and face-to-face meetings. Interactive web based technology is also provided to KFS clients, at no charge, that allows them to view all of their financial holdings, regardless of where they are located (ie banks, brokerage firms, insurance companies, etc.). All of this, done in the spirit of delivering an outstanding customer experience, makes for a unique way of engaging a financial professional. And, by working with a small group of families, I refer to my clients by name, not by account number.
