Dr. Steven Barta has over ten years of experience in Emergency and Critical Care and his commitment to continuing education in alternative medicines, offers an original approach to our community. Combining natural and alternative approaches (therapeutic nutrition, Chinese herbal medicine, and homeopathy) along with conventional veterinary practice methods (proper diagnosis, internal medicine, radiology, blood evaluation, and other diagnostic procedures), we can offer a unique combined approach to animal health care. Veterinary General integrates Western Medicine with other Eastern and Alternative practices to allow more options for their patients. Other services include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and vaccine titers in addition to our general practice.
