The company has been in existence since 1988 and was founded by Gerald Baldachino Sr. Gerald Baldachino Sr. has been joined by his son Gerald Baldachino Jr. and his nephew, Frank Baldachino, who have continued the traditions of honesty, excellence, and a superior quality residential experience in numerous subdivisions developed by D.E.N.J, Inc. in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Since 1988, D.E.N.J, Inc. has constructed more than 350 custom homes and 13 residential communities throughout New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania using only the finest materials and construction techniques. The D.E.N.J, Inc. tradition is to deliver a beautiful home at a reasonable price.
