This place is roach Infested!! The property Manager is a drug addict, and he has no respect for anyone's privacy. He think he is a prison guard. And that Pheasant Ridge is a prison. He seem to not like black men as well. my nephew was visiting and he was very disrespectful to him. The place is not worth it! FInd another place to live, or you will regret it!
