My dog has been groomed by Vicki for as long as 6 years. We have received excellent service in that period. Vicki does a super job, is friendly, is punctual, and her prices are very reasonable. On the occasion that I have forgotten my appointment, she has been understanding and rescheduled me promptly. Even though she may be a 20 minute drive from Iowa City, I enjoy getting out into the country and visiting with her. My dog is highly strung, yet she is more than happy to be groomed by Vicki. I recommend Animal Affairs to anyone.
