I strongly suggest not buying anything from this store. We bought a puppy from the Batavia Petland in 2008. A few days after taking it home, we had to rush it to an emergency vet and we were told it was sick with pneumonia. They also said that the puppy had to have been sold to us sick. All of our calls and attempts to talk to managers went ignored for months. When they finally did respond they blamed us for the dogs sickness and refused to accept full responsibility.
