I have been shopping at Aldi's since December 2008 as a store was opened close to my home. I shop 2 or three times a week. I'm extremely pleased with the price and quality of Aldi's food. But, when there are more than 5 people in line, I've been told that a new line would be opened. I have seen 3 or 4 customers walk out when they have 4 or so items because the line was too long. Today, I asked the cashier to call for help as there were more than 5 customers in line and she did not call and when I asked her why she didn't call she stated that she did not know that rule
