At Smoke Shack BBQ Pit we do a real Tennessee BBQ - smoke everything over hickory. We use dry rubs that are custom blended in Memphis, TN just for Smoke Shack BBQ Pit. Pick from one of our two famous sauces - Carolina, southern sauce - vinegar based, Memphis sweet sauce. Sweet sauce with a kick.  Co-owner and Pit master, Lee Searles, learned to cook authentic Southern barbecue in Tennessee decades ago. He's been keeping it going as a hobby for 30 years, until he and his business partner, Jeff Inglee, opened Smoke Shack BBQ. At Smoke Shack BBQ they keep the menu simple with four types of sandwiches:  Pulled Pork Beef Brisket Chicken Breast Smoked Sausage We also have  half and full racks of ribs, combination platters with up to four types of meat, and meat is available by the pound.
