What can I say besides wow! I was at the movie theater when a game took my quarters. I reported the issue to the staff and they redirected me to call Shawnanigans for issues or a refund. When I called I did not get an answer so I left a voicemail. It was soon returned by a very kind gentleman that not only apologized to me for the inconvenience, but he also asked my name and address for a refund. I didnt think I would receive anything but literally the next day the refund came in the mail. I can honestly say there are not to many companies that stick to their word but t
