She has been successful in helping clients move forward from their past and lead happy healthy lives. Gloria is comfortable blending traditional talk therapy counseling with less traditional, cutting-edge techniques. EMDR is the modality that she uses most extensively. Most of these same techniques are also helpful in the life coaching process. Gloria has extensive experience in treating trauma, abuse, and PTSD. She also has experience working with panic and anxiety disorders, depression, grief and transition issues. Gloria works with individual adult clients.
