25 Years Experience Helping Individuals and Families. I am an experienced therapist, in practice since 1993, who has helped hundreds of individuals, couples and families mend their torn relationships. Together we work toward building solid, healthier relationships that rest on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. The therapeutic relationship provides safety and the deeply satisfying feeling of having been heard and accepted. One of my specialties is helping children and adolescents raise their self esteem and develop behaviors that achieve personal and social responsibility. Other specialties include *Depression *ADD *Anxiety/Phobia *Relationships I also have over 25 years helping individuals overcome substance abuse and codependency issues. Not only do we address these issues, but also look at the underlying issues that have led to these situations.
