Our facility is located in the first driveway. Look for our sign. The Orange business community consists of smaller family owned businesses along with some major companies such as the 99 Cent store and 7/11. If you’re hungry we have an In n’ Out Burger, a Carl’s Jr a Subway and a Del Taco close by. The weather in Orange is typical of southern California and is sunny most of the time with occasional rain and overcast days. Our customers are typically nice, hardworking people who are in the middle of a move or need a place to store some furniture while their kids are at school in Chapman University. We are very close to the college. New customers like the fact that security is important to us. They also like that there is easy access to the freeway. They exit the freeway and can go straight to their unit – and once they are finished they can hop right back on. It makes life very easy.” Your Orange storage rental is strictly month-to-month, no long leases needed. Your storage space rental starts on the day you move in, i.e. you move in on the 15th, your next month's space rental is due on the 15th. There is a one-time administration fee of only $19.95.
