As a marriage and family therapist, I work with couples and families to improve their relationships through better communication and conflict resolution, strengthened parenting, and the resolution of resentments based on their past history together. If a couple is dealing with separation or divorce, I assist in making that transition as painless as possible. With individuals, I help to resolve past abuse, trauma, or grief. I work with people to manage or eliminate depression or anxiety. I also work as a life coach, helping people to create lives that challenge and satisfy them because they express their true calling and passion. I help people to communicate in all their relationships in an effective, authentic way.
