Our team of specialists creates a spa-like atmosphere, a simple but beautiful setting, soothing music, and small groups, which allow clients to do their best work. At The Pilates Loft, our lineage comes from Ron Fletcher, one of Joseph Pilates original students. We teach fluid and choreographed movement while incorporating correct breathing, allowing a student to reach past their limits and access their inner strength. The focus of our instructors is on your body alignment. Through your Pilates practice, your body will be gently guided to correct and maintain proper alignment.
