Excellence in Healthcare The Gary Community Health Center was incorporated June 17, 1998 in the State of Indiana. In February of the following year, the Health Center saw its first patient. Since that time, the Health Center has provided primary health services to over 4000 patients. Prior to the first patient being seen, several collaborating partners that included the City of Gary, the Gary Health Department, Methodist Hospital, Indiana University Northwest and Tradewinds Rehabilitation came together to form a team of community activists motivated to bring a health center to the city. We offer a wide range of service to our citizens which include: Prenatal Care Women"s Services Family Planning Geriatric Services School Exams Sports Exams EKG Testing Vision & Hearing Screening Dental Services Infant Care Anonymous HIV Testing & Counseling Health & Nutrition Education Please call us now to set an appointment!
