Our two ovens are 10 ft deep x 8 ft tall 7 ft wide and 20 ft deep x 8 feet tall x 7 ft wide, so we can handle small and large jobs with no problem. Whether you have a bicycle frame, car wheels or suspension parts, patio furniture, window well covers, car frames, or fencing we can handle all your powder coating needs. Our services include Inspection of the item to determine the best surface preparation. In-house sand blasting if required or phosphate bath surface preparation. Plug all threaded parts and mask with high temperature masking tape to protect the areas that should not be coated. Powder coating and curing in an oven to the proper curing temperature. Cool down and final inspection to make sure your project is perfect.
