Penny's Flowers was established in 1937 by Emily and Vincent Pannepacker Sr. It is located in the suburban Philadelphia, PA town of Glenside. Now over 70 years after opening their first shop, a second generation of the Pannepacker Family employs over forty five full and part time people. We strive to make your flower purchase a pleasant experience and our talented florists look forward to creating smiles and happiness to all we serve. All in all, "Penny's Flowers wants to be your florist!" We specialize in the following services: Large inventory of fresh flowers, Tropical Plants, European/dish gardens Contemporary and traditional arrangements, High style floral arrangements, Silk arrangements Weddings, Funeral designs Extensive gift line, Gourmet and fruit baskets, Gift baskets , Greeting cards, Plush Baby Gifts Accessories Candies We are currently closed on Sundays. On the First Friday of each month. We are closed on Sundays, but open extended hours during holidays. To help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 3 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Year?s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
