The water-jet cutting process is a high pressure water stream mixed with an abrasive which cuts through the material incurring no heat affected areas. The thickness of the material can be up to 12" thick. The tolerance is + or- .010. This process provides a smooth edge quality of your parts. We can cut virtually any material, including aluminum, stainless, copper, brass, all types of plastic, titanium, and granite, steel, magnesium, rubber, perforated materials as well.
